Everyone needs compassion
Love that's never failing
Let mercy fall on me
Everyone needs forgiveness
The kindness of a Saviour
The hope of nations
Saviour, He can move the mountains
My God is mighty to save
He is mighty to save
Forever author of salvation
He rose and conquered the grave
Jesus conquered the grave
So take me as you find me
All my fears and failures
Fill my life again
I give my life to follow
Everything I believe in
Now I surrender
Shine your light in
Let the whole world see
We're singing, for the glory
Of the risen King
Jesus, Shine your light in
Let the whole world see
We're singing for the glory
Of the risen king

Came to Mz kor's place to check mail for CCAO again. Youth camp is two days away. Ooh I just can't wait. Surprising that although I'm not an SP, never mind that this is my 1st youth camp, I'm actually a AGL. Quite honoured really, but it is a great responsibility. Gotta make sure my group is all nicely gelled together and everyone is enthu. Glad that at least I have a nice and funny leader, and we have awesome name tags and a banner (which totally rocks cos Josh and I spray-painted it ourselves)! Haha, I'm trying to psyche myself up for camp here.
Went to watch the incredibles with some church friends yesterday. Although it was kinda awkward at first (I didn't know what to do with the other 5 guys when Hannah left), but it turned out to be rather enjoyable. the movie was indeed incredible, albeit a rather predictable storyline, but the laughs and nice cosy family moments more than enough made up for it. Unfortunately, got the third degree from my parents (and my grandma too!) when I got home at 8pm. (All the "WHY ARE YOU OUT SO LATE? You've been going out the whole week...") They gave me grief over the time I arrived back home, even the hoop earrings I wore. Sigh. Not that I'm not at fault at all, but I'm really trying to be more civilised and respectful when conversing with my parents. Just for one night out, (not really a night lah actually) I got grounded for the rest of the holidays. No going out after we come back from youth camp and langkawi... which is quite a bummer I must say :(
But at least I have youth camp to look forward to. Must keep my spirits up :) Yes and I guess I'll be leaving now. Got to go back to gran's to get changed and go to church.
